4040 License issue - Issue occurred after KB5066835

Scenario: When attempting to get to load Total control you are presented with the 4040 error message being allowed. You have ran through our normal 4040 troublehshooting guide found here

Please proceed to further fault finding below

If you attempt to activate fidelity you are greeted with this message


When checking the event logs under system you find this error


Check to see whether any updates have been installed if you find updates have been installed look for KB5066835 and uninstall it. It will need to reboot to finish off and once done Total control will be working again.
