Re-printing of Verifone Card Receipts (Last Transaction Only)

This article is not intended for end-users but for Fidelity & Resellers to configure your back-office system.

Following a request to turn off Verifone card receipts there are a couple Macro's which are required in order to re-issue receipts. This is something that is added per site in Total Control Premier.

If you open up the application Total Control Premier and down the left-hand side sub-menu if you expand 'GPOS Specifics' as below and select Macros.

Macros are a series of key presses that can be replayed at the touch of a single button.

This will open up the Macro screen where you can add new macros to the system;

If you click on 'Add' you can create a new macro for the 'Re-Printing of Verifone Card Receipt (Last Transaction Only) as in screenshot 1.3 dragging across the system keys for example,

Just to expand on Macros are a collection of records that when executed, are played back in the sequence they were added.

Reprint Customer Copy, you will need to drag across 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 6 followed by dragging and dropping in the system operation (50). You can use the description field to search shown in Screenshot 1.4.

Reprint Merchant Copy, you will need to drag across 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 7 and again dropping in the system operation key as in screenshot 1.5.

After going into Macros for the specific site, click add at the top then mimic the two keys on the screen
