Pre-Update Checklist

This update will clear any stock transaction on the HHT therefore any outstanding transactions Stocktakes, deliveries, orders, etc. must be sent to the Fidelity system before proceeding with this update.

The update will also clear the lookup file, and a new lookup file will be downloaded automatically upon starting the new upgraded software. It is recommended that this is done first thing in the morning or overnight whilst the unit is docked and being charged.

Ensure the remaining battery in the HHT is above 40% - The Battery level can be checked by tapping on the battery icon in the bottom right of the HHT screen.

Step 1: Shutdown Software

1.    Sign on to the HHT with the user: 999 and the password: 999

2.    Press ‘EXIT’

3.    Enter User ID and password again: user: 999 and the password: 999

4.    Software will close.

5.    Now Tap where it says SureLock 5 times

 

6.     Enter 2545 and Press OK

7.    Scroll down and Press Exit SureLock and Press Exit on the next Prompt

8.    Swipe up on the Screen to see all the apps and Press on Fidelity

Step 2: Running the Upgrader

1. Log back in with 999 and 999
2. Press and Hold the “Powered by Excela AutoID Solutions” at the bottom of the Screen 
3. Enter “122369” followed by the ENT key on the Physical Keyboard

4. Select Download App and Press YES on the Prompt 
   T
5. This will then Download the Update and ask you if you want to update the program now, Press YES 

6. Press Upgrade App Now

7. You may get this pop-up – If you do press on Settings 

   and then press on the Slider so it goes green then Press the Back arrow at the top and Select Install. 

8. This will then Install the updated Version, Press Done
   

Step 3: Start the application and configure

1.  Tap on the SureLock icon which should be on the home screen if not swipe up and press this from the apps screen                                    
2. Press ‘Ok, Got it!.’ This will then Load back into SureLock and automatically start the Fidelity HHT Software
3. When the upgraded Fidelity software loads, it will automatically attempt to connect to the server and download a new lookup file. You will be able to see the progress on screen.

Step 4: Check the HHT Label Queue

 1. Sign on to the HHT with the user: 999 and the password: 999 and Click on the menu – ‘FILES’

2. Once in the files menu tap the words ‘Powered by Exela AutoID Solutions’

If done correct you will see the following screen:

3. Tap ‘Next’ 6 times until you see the following screen:

Tap ‘Refresh Queue’ – Wait for list to refresh.

Tap ‘Save Queue’ – This saves the updated label queue

Tap ‘Save’ 

Tap ‘Exit’

Tap ‘Back’

Tap ‘Logout-999’

This is the switchover process completed you can now sign on using 123 and use the device as normal
