Honeywell 1452/1472g Troubleshooting

Points to Check

  1. Check that the data cable is plugged in to the base correctly and securely, and that the other end is plugged in to the POS terminal correctly
  2. Try cleaning the contacts on the base and the scanner before trying to charge the scanner again
  3. Check that the power supply is plugged in to the base correctly, and plugged in and powered on at the wall socket
