Points to Check
- Check that the data cable is plugged in to the base correctly and securely, and that the other end is plugged in to the POS terminal correctly
- Try cleaning the contacts on the base and the scanner before trying to charge the scanner again
- Check that the power supply is plugged in to the base correctly, and plugged in and powered on at the wall socket
