How to edit security permission for user roles
Setup > Security Levels
Here is an example of some user roles (Please note the supervisor one can't be amended)
To make a change simply click on a role and the bar that was greyed out will now allow you options edit which sites a user can access as well a save option once a change has been made compared to what has loaded on the list.
Each of the categories can be expanded and you will see relevant options, in this example I am going through the option of removing the managers role the ability to use the print option within the adverts. Things to note is that you will see it gives the option for me to save this change and the tick box has been removed.
Once saved you will get a message appear to advised it has made the change but it saves the security as a whole so it is normal for it to say the below
Once Ok has been pressed any users this role applies to needs to log out and back into the software for the changes to take effect.
