Loyalty Scheme Calculations

Loyalty Schemes in Instant CRM can be configured to calculate rewards in several ways. Below are the Calculation Types that can be used to determine a Scheme's reward per transaction. See Loyalty Schemes for details on managing the Loyalty Schemes themselves.

Points from whole £1.00 only	Points will be awarded for every whole pound spent, eg: 5 points awarded for every £1.00 Sale value of £2.75 5 points x 2 = 10 points Total points = 10
Points from whole £1.00 with rounding	Points will be awarded for every whole pound spent plus an additional amount if the pence value is 50p or above, eg: 5 points awarded for every £1.00 Sale vale of £2.75 5 points x 2 = 10 points 5 points x 1 rounded up from 0.75 = 5 points Total points = 15
Points as % of sales value	Points will be awarded based on the percentage value specified, eg: 10% awarded for every £1.00 Sale value of £2.75 10% of £2.75 = £0.28 (rounded up from 0.275) Total points = 28
Points from whole 'N' only	Points will be awarded for every whole value specified as 'N', eg: 5 points awarded for every £0.50 Sale value of £2.75 5 points x 5 = 25 (50p goes 5 times into £2.75) Total points = 25
Points from full sales value	Points will be awarded for every whole pound spent plus a percentage for the pence value, eg: 5 points awarded for every £1.00 Sale value of £2.75 5 points x 2 = 10 points 5 points x 0.75 = 4 rounded up from 3.75 Total points = 14
