Product Maintenance Reports \ Product Price Listing (Help & Tips)

Product Maintenance Reports

Some customers have asked for an example, where to find the Product Price List to print.

If you go into General Database -> Select Products (screenshot 1.1).

This will open up the Product Maintenance tab to access

You will notice the ‘Print’ function if you click on the drop-down arrow (screenshot 1.3).

You will see the following options to select (screenshot 1.4).

If you click on ‘Report’ this will open up the Product Reporting box (screenshot 1.5).

Under Select ‘Report’ if you click on the dropdown you will see the following reports you can select (screenshot 1.6).

As you can see, you can select from the following reports to use;

  • Product Report (Excluding User Fields)
  • Product Price List (All Prices)
  • Product Report (Including User Fields)
  • Product Report By Supplier Inc. SKU Cost
  • Product Price List
  • Ordering Checking Report
  • Product Updates (based on Last Modified Date)
  • Order Checking Report (No Group Totals)


To display any report directly to your screen without printing, if you click on ‘Display’ (screenshot 1.7).

This will open the report, for example, my example is opening up the ‘Product Price List’ (screenshot 1.8).

Also, before running any of the reports you can use the ‘Filtered By’ to show all products change the product range or, filter down by including show product with status e.g. Normal, Deleted/Pending Deletion and Reserved (screenshot 1.9).

If you click on the ‘User Field Filtering’, which if you are using ‘User Fields’ which you can filter by (screenshot 1.10).

Under the ‘Grouping’ Tab, which you can list by Major Group, if you click on on the plus symbol will allow you to expand the group to select a group from within the Major Group (screenshot 1.11).

Another options you have clicking ‘Print’ will print directly to your local Printer or, you can email the reports to yourself or colleagues by selecting the ‘Email’ button.
