Our preferred method of remote support is by using LogMeIn Rescue

To make this easy you can download and install a 'Calling Card' on your PC or Tills. This will allow you to create a remote support connection easily without needing to type a Six Digit code in. This is ideal for on tills and other devices without a keyboard attached.
