Setting up Discounts to work with CRM from GPOS
Setting up Discounts to work with CRM from GPOS
Within GPOS
Under Discounts
For example,
Discount code 4 - Called Mem Disc using Preset of 0.00 and needs to have a halo set e.g. 999999 along with the type set to sub total %.
Under System Options you need to make sure option 112 needs to be set against the discount you have created using the discount code e.g. 4
Within CRM
You need to have override discount set (if the field missing, you can add from under Setup \ fields & Layouts) which needs the preset e.g. 10 (in my test case) adding against the customer to work.
Once set when you go into GPOS, you will need to select an item plu and scan or select the loyalty customer which will apply the discount.
