Verifone Unexpected Pinpad Attached
The "Unexpected Pinpad Attached" Error occurs when Ocius Sentinel is unable to
validate the pinpad online with Verifone.
This is usually the result of the software being unable to
communicate with Verifone's servers, such as in the event of a
dropped internet connection. Check that the POS terminal is
connected to the network and has a working internet connection. If
it does, try restarting the GPoS software to force a restart of the
Ocius Sentinel software, or try restarting the POS terminal itself.
