Pricing level view

Unable to view pricing levels other users have enabled

In this guide I will show you on how to enable the other price level views on the product database.

You may come across this error when creating new users in Total Control who then have a different filtered view to other users on the system. To resolve this we first need to go to the product maintenance screen as seen below.

To enable the Webshop pricing level we need to navigate to the price level dropdown and to enable the second pricing level. In the image below it states price level two is now enabled. Note that the naming convention can be changed under the left landside with Gpos Specifics - Price levels - edit.

You will now see that once enabled a extra column has been added to the product maintenance screen which will display your newly enabled price level.

This will now be automatically enabled everytime the user starts their log in session.
