POS SetUP
On this tab, you will find numerous tabs for setting up POS related.
Primary Features:
Payment Types
For setup and Management of your methods of payment
Each column can be added or removed by selecting the cog icon at the end of each Header.
This allows you to show the filters, Hide the current column, move the column or choose which columns you would like to see.
Opening by clicking the edit button or double-clicking the payment type brings up the below screen;

Refund Reasons
For managing your pre-set reasons for giving a customer a refund
Refusal Reasons and Incident Definitions
- For managing refusal of service pre-sets
- Four reasons are pre-populated during the upgrade process to 2.09 and additional reasons can be added
- Abusive Customer
- Age Check Failed
- Customer Barred
- Customer Intoxicated
- Age Check Failure will prepopulate a refusal incident when clicking “No” to the Customer Age Check prompt in GPOS

Price Levels
- Setup and management of Price Levels
- 7 Price Levels exist
- Price Levels cannot be deleted
Settings Within the Price Level
- Change the name of the price level
- Does switching to this price level requires a manager?
- Does this Price level want to stay active after the transaction?
- Also, see System options for GPOS to set the relevant settings
- If there is no price populated for a PLU at this price level, should it use the Base Price?
