How to: Add a points or monetary value to a Loyalty / Cashless Card on CRM
I have recorded a brief how to video on increasing a card value on Instant CRM, this value can be increased in two different ways, I have included both ways of doing this
The first method is achieved by right clicking the customer from the customer list and choosing Re-charge Balance
The second method is done by left clicking the customer once and going into the functions and choosing Re-charge Balance.
