Total Control Premier Pre-Requisites, 3rd Party Applications and Hardware Compatibility
This document is intended to show details of operating systems and third party applications that Total Control Premier requires either as a requirement or as an optional add-on.
We will follow the manufacturers 'Lifecycle Policy' and will continue to support Fidelity applications against pre-requisites and 3rd Party applications whilst they are still in a supported state. There may be occasions where in order to utilise new functionality available in up to date versions compatibility with older versions is broken. We will provide notification of these scenarios as soon as we become aware of them.
Items highlighted in red are either at or past their 'End of Support' period and as such support by Fidelity is not guaranteed
Pre-Requisites
Microsoft Applications
Total Control Premier runs on PC's running Microsoft Windows Operating systems utilising the Microsoft .NET Framework. It also requires a Microsoft SQL Database which can be hosted locally or across the network.

Note - We do not support running the software on Apple products using software such as Parallels Desktop
Microsoft .Net Framework
Total Control Premier requires Microsoft .NET Framework v4.7.1 or above to run.
Microsoft SQL Server
The system uses a Microsoft SQL database and full DBO access to the database is required. The system CAN run with lower access however this is done at the customer's own risk.

Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server is used and is installed as part of the Total Control Premier Install. A standalone installer can be found here

Total Control Premier uses SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework. TCP v2.9.xxxx introduces support for SAP Crystal Reports Version 13 build 26.
Prior versions used SAP Crystal Reports Version 13 build 10.
Optional Integrations
Bartender
Total Control Premier optionally uses Bartender by Seagull Scientific for label printing. The Automation Edition is required
When installing you need to check the Operating System and use the 32bit Bartender installer on a 32bit Operating system and use the 64Bit Bartender Installer on a 64Bit operating system
On v2.09.xxxx of TCP The 32-bit Automation Edition is required irrespective of the Operating System.
Sage Accounts
Sage Accounts (Formerly known as Line 50) is supported up to Sage Accounts 2017 (v23)
Support for Sage Accounts 2019 (v25) is in v2.11 of TCP which is due for release at the end of November 2019

Blakemore Ordering Catalogue
Currently only available to direct Fidelity Customers - Contact your Fidelity Account Manager for more details
Avon Data
The Avon Data integration is removed in version 2.17 of Total Control Premier
