TCP - Use Gmail for e-mailing reports and orders

You can use Gmail as an e-mail provider to send e-mails from Total Control Premier. You will need to set the Gmail account to allow access from less secure apps. Follow this link for details https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255

The settings for TCP are-

SMTP Server: smtp.gmail.com
Username: email address i.e. john.smith@gmail.com
Password -  Your email password used to sign in to your Gmail account
SMTP P
ort - This would either be 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS) it can vary system to system depending on network restrictions. If your test email failed and you have confirmed all details above are correct then if you are using Port 465 please try using Port 587 instead and test again.

*Please note that if you already have your own email server setup for your business you can fill in the relevant details with these instead, this is just an example of Gmail settings*
