The error is that The FTP Passive Daily Reports Job Fails to Communicate. On expanding the job you see the error - Exception Processing XML Data Unable to Cast Object Type

To install them first of all stop the Job Controller Service

Then copy the files into C:\Program Files (x86)\Fidelity Systems\Total Control Premier

Then start the Job Controller
