Introduction To Dashboards
If you hover down the left-hand side menu you can expand into the Dashboard.

This will take you into a new look dashboard with a different feel to the desktop version of TCP (Screenshot 8.2).

Here is broken down sections of the dashboard to show you ‘Today’s Time and Date’

You can see the Service Status and when they last updated on the dashboard. A good place to start when troubleshooting and are noticing blank reports or communications showing as pending. A good place to check is the Job Controller to confirm the last time this updated if you are noticing problems with missing sales data to unable to send down updates to the tills (Screenshot 8.4).

You will notice on the dashboard scrolling down as the system will show live Stock Potential data showing the sales and profit (Screenshot 8.5).

Along with the Sales net value for yesterday with the current net sales value (Screenshot 8.6).

You will see the transaction summary for the day before showing the transaction count for the day with the average sales value (Screenshot 8.7).

If you scroll down further you will see the data for the ‘Top Sites for Yesterday’ if you have more than one site, you will see the data for all sites or just your current site (screenshot 8.8).

Once you scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard you will come to the ‘Filters’ section where you can change the start and end dates along with the site to show data results for Sales/Profit, Transaction Value / Items in Transaction, Wastages, Promotion / Profit, Gross Profit (Screenshot 8.9).
