Cloud Hosted - Adding users for access

🖥️ Step 1: Open Total Control Premier

  • Launch the Total Control Premier application (note if you have multiple databases the steps below will need to be repeated)

  • Click Setup > User Maintenance > Click Add

📝 Step 2: Enter Your Information

  • Fill in the required fields:

    • Full Name

    • Username

    • Password (choose a strong one with at least 8 characters, doesn't need to be remembered as it is superseded by Cloud Login)

    • Email Address

    • Security Level

  • Review your details carefully before continuing.

✅ Step 3: Confirm Your Account

  • Click Save

  • Repeat the add process for any other accounts if adding more than one.

📧 Step 4: Email Us Your Details

Once you have created your account/s, please send us an email with:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address 

Once received we will then link these accounts to the cloud hosted access and email the individual email accounts their details to log into the system
