Add A Training Clerk To TCP

This guide will show you how to add a training clerk to TCP.

Firstly a training clerk will already be a part of the software as a default option however if they are accidentally deleted we can re-add them with relative ease.

Once TCP is open we should navigate to General Databases and select Clerks as seen below

We then want to click the add button. This is located underneath Clerks – Site 1 on the image above. Once selected a new window will open.

Once this window is open you can fill out the boxes as seen below. It is important to note that training must be set to True instead of false.

If you then navigate to the image below and click the drop-down toolbar and select POS options.

We then need to make sure Training clerk is also set to true.

After this value is set to True we can click save on the top left and the training clerk will now be enabled.
