Showing products with a negative stock level in Total Control Premier.

1. First of all from the side menu in Total Control, select "General Databases" and then "Products".

2. When this opens, click on "Show Customise View", expand Section Name "Stock" and make sure that "Current Stock" is ticked. Then click Save Settings at the top left of this window.




3. Next, find the Current Stock column that you've just added and there will be a button on the left side that you can click on. This will give you a selection of filters to choose from and you will want to choose "Less than".


4. Once you have set your filter on the column, set the value to "0" as pictured above. This will filter all products and only show ones that have a current stock level of less than zero.

5. You can now print these results by clicking "Print".

6. If you want to save this filter, click on "Show Filters" then click on the save filter button as shown below.
