Instant Loyalty (integrated customer loyalty & marketing system)


This database-driven customer relationship management system has been developed for retail, hospitality, leisure and similar applications where there is a need to capture information about customers and their spending habits.


The system enables the smaller operator to compete on equal terms with the majors and attract business from them. Low-cost magnetic cards are used to capture information on the customer when the card is swiped through the terminal.

There are TWO concepts to Instant Loyalty:-

Concept 1 - CRM

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is the way to keep in touch with your customers. Most major companies now have their own CRM departments, advising customers’ of their latest special offers, products and services etc…

Concept 2 - Loyalty

It is possible to award Loyalty Points on purchases made within your business, depending on spending thresholds and Loyalty Scheme types. Your customers may then redeem points gained against the purchase of goods and services.

Here is a summary of features that can be found within Instant Loyalty:-

• Award Loyalty Points on purchases made at the point of sale.
• Let your customers redeem their points at the point of sale, against purchases.
• Produce Special Offer / Discount Vouchers that customers can use at any of your outlets.
• See when your customers are visiting your establishment.
• See how much your customers are spending.
• See what your customers are purchasing.
• Communicate with your customers via:- Mail, email, SMS “Text” messaging
