EFT Re-Print Macro's

EFT Re-Print Macro's

Setting up additional Till buttons to allow the print of customer and merchant receipts – Last Transaction Only

After turning off card transaction receipts for either the merchant, customer or both you will need a way to print it on request should you be asked. Our system will allow the last card transaction to be printed.

To set this up you will need to create two Macro’s. I have included the steps below on how to do this.

Step 1.

On Total Control Premier, go on the left-hand side menu and navigate down to Gpos Specifics

Step 2.

Select Macro’s (Your menu may show less icons than my display image, this is not an issue)

Step 3.

Click Add then mirror each of these two setups for both EFT re-print options. To program the keys, you will need to click onto the system Tab which I have highlighted too. It is then a case of finding them on the list. Then left click and drag from the left to the right of the screen

Step 4.

Next you will need to add these to a suitable page on your touch screen layout, this is the same process for adding a product onto your touch screen, the only difference is going to be that these buttons are located under the section Macro’s

For reference I have given a shot of the left-hand side menu for reference, you will need to use the right arrow tab to find the option labelled Macro’s.

Step 5.

After you are happy with the placement of your buttons use the Save & Close option. Then proceed to Communicate and Send updates as per normal. Then you are done.
