Fidelity Software Lifecycle
We will provide full support for the current and one previous full release of our software. Fixes will always be done in the latest version of the software so we strongly recommend that customers software is kept up to date.
Total Control Premier

Instant CRM
Development on Instant CRM has now ceased and has been replaced by the 'Customer Module' in Total Control Premier
Instant CRM has been found to not work fully on versions of SQL later than SQL 2012.
Also Instant CRM Requires TLS 1.0 and 1.1
There are no plans for any work to be done to make Instant CRM compatible with later versions of SQL or TLS 1.2

Software No Longer Supported

Instant Loyalty/Leisure
Instant Loyalty is no longer under development, As such any bugs found will not be fixed and no new functionality will be added.. The support team will answer questions on the application and provide support where possible.
The GPoS Loyalty Application is not included in our test process when a new version of GPoS is released, as such if you do upgrade GPoS to work alongside Instant Loyalty you must ensure it still works for your scenario
The last released version was v1.31
IMS (Leisureshield)
Development on the IMS solution has been halted and there are no plans for any further work on it. Support will be ended in January 2020 in line with Microsoft ending support on Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5
