Refunding Mobo2Go Transactions through Total Control Premier

THIS DOES NOT REFUND ANY MONEY TO YOUR CUSTOMER. THIS IS FOR THE PURPOSES OF CORRECT SALES/STOCK FIGURES
The simplest way of processing these is via the Manual Sales Transaction applet. This option is normally found under "Daily Tasks". If you do not have the option anywhere it can be added to your menu using the following process

When opened the Manual Sales Transaction screen looks like below - There is a full guide on how to use it here
Manual Sales Transactions
To refund a transaction you need to select the Date and Time you would like the transaction to go through the system as. Then select the Mobo2Go clerk from the Clerk dropdown list and the correct POS terminal. Leave Customer account as it is.
Next you need to add the products and quantities onto the transaction
Enter the Qty as a negative
Next Enter the value as a negative against the relevant payment key
Click Save to finalise the transaction
You can total up each product sold to enter in bulk or enter them as individual transactions.
