Value does not fall within the expected range. (0) TCP error

This is the error that shows on a customers PC



Before you make any changes, check that windows updates are up to date on the PC.

If so and you are still getting an error you may need to disable the aero Peek option in windows

Might be slightly different on windows 10

To do this:

 1.        Right click the windows start menu

 

 2.        Go to system

 

 3.        Now click system protection

 

 

 4.        Go to advanced and click settings under performance

 

 5.        Untick Enable Peek

 

 

 6.        Save and apply
