Using Total Control Premier from home steps.

1. Speaking with your internal IT department regarding VPNs which you will find is essential for any company with remote-working employees. Somewhere, there may be a company whose public sites and apps are perfectly secure, whose business data can be safely accessed across all forms of connection and hardware. 

2. If you do have VPN access for remote-working and do not have Total Control Premier installed on your PC/Laptop. Speaking with your Internal IT to use RDP (Remote Desktop Connection) to access your work PC to allow you to use Total Control from your work desktop PC.

3. Other means, if you use programs e.g. teamviewer to access your PC from a different location but as always speak to your IT department for the secure way of accessing your work PC from home and best practice.

4. If you have TCP installed on your laptop it's making sure you have an active VPN connection to your organisation which will allow you to use TCP from home.
