By default on older HHTs, the power saving function can get in the
way of the Fidelity HHT application processing large lookup files.
The function can be turned off for when the HHT is charging, by following the instructions below.
Whilst in the Power section of Control Panel, it's also a good idea to check the
HHT Battery Health.

Double-tap the battery icon on the taskbar

2. Touch Auto-Off
|
|
3. Set
the When Externally Powered option to Never
|
|
4. Touch OK
|
|
If double-tapping the battery icon does not work:
Once the option has been set, make sure the HHT is charging in its dock before running the Get Lookups process. This should now take a shorter time to complete.
