Skorpio X3/X4 Dock

The Skorpio X3/X4 Dock charges the battery of the Skorpio, both whilst the battery is connected to the terminal and the terminal is inserted into the dock, and also on its own in a separate slot at the back of the dock. The dock has ports at the back for the power adaptor, a USB Type B connection and a 9-pin RS232 connection. A USB A to B cable will be needed to connect the dock to a Windows PC.

Ethernet Module

This attaches to the bottom of the Charging Cradle, and allows the Skorpio to communicate over a wired network. The ethernet port is found at the back of the module, and an orange light on the front of the module indicates network activity.

You will need to remove the label on the bottom of the Dock to expose the connection port. Once the port is accessible, sit the Dock on top of the Ethernet Module, ensuring that the connector slots into the connection port and the clips on either side are holding the two parts together firmly.
