HHT Battery Health

This article applies to Skorpio X3 and X4 terminals. Screenshots are taken from the Fidelity HHT application version 3.0.4 running on a Skorpio X4.

It's a good idea to regularly check the health of the battery in the HHT, to get an idea of how well the battery is performing, how long it will last on a charge and to to anticipate any immediate need to replace it.

1. Double-tap the battery icon on the taskbar

2. Check the Health of the Main Battery - if it is "Poor" or "Needs Replacing" then you should arrange for the battery to be replaced
  • The Estimated Run Time also gives a good indication of how long the battery will last once it has been charged - if this starts to dip noticeably then this is also a good indication that the battery needs to be replaced


If double-tapping the battery icon does not work:

1. Exit the Fidelity HHT application:
  • On the main menu, tap Exit and enter the Login ID and PIN "999"
  • On any other menu, tap Back until you get to the main menu, then tap Exit and enter the Login ID and PIN "999"

2. Double-tap My Device

3. Scroll down and double-tap Control Panel

4. Scroll down and double-tap Power

5. Check the Health of the Main Battery - if it is "Poor" or "Needs Replacing" then you should arrange for the battery to be replaced
