Label Printing Options

Total Control Premier has 4 options for producing labels however only two are available to use. Our recommended method is to use the Bartender Solution

An in-built labelling solution with limited functionality - a choice of 6 predefined labels are available

Label devices will be setup during install by Fidelity or your Re-Seller

Setting up a Label Queue

To setup a Label Queue you need to open the Labels Manager. This is normally found under 'Daily Tasks' in the TCP menu structure.
  1. Click 'Add Queue'
  2. Enter a Queue Name
  3. Select a Device Type from the drop down list
  4. Select the Label Format from the dropdown list
  5. Select the Price Type from the dropdown list - Normally this is Default Prices but can be used for printing labels for Price files that have been setup.
  6. Click Save
