Skorpio HHT - How to find device info?
This article is intended to be followed when a Fidelity Support Representative ask you for information such as the Serial Number, Model, or Firmware version of the HHT
To find the HHT software version follow this guide - HHT Software Version
Step 1
Click once on the start button as highlighted below
Step 2
Click once on Control Panel
Step 3
Double click on the 'Device Info' icon
Step 4
Note the version listed
Step 5
To return to the HHT Software click the cross in the top right hand corner once to close the Device Info screen and again to close the Control Panel.
