Sale discrepancies can happen for a few reasons depending on set up options as well as network errors. These can be caused by network issues, stored balances which aren’t cashed off and so forth.

In this document, we shall go through the scenario of where this can occur and what self-checks can be done to deal with this effectively and efficiently.

Also within the Report section, you can view ‘Group’ and ‘Major Group Reports’ which are individual reports but you can choose by site and select a ‘custom date range’

(Screenshot 9.5)

In my example, I’ve gone into the Group report and changed the custom date to only look at a single day to check the results.
