Using the View Reports you are then able to view based upon sales information for this date range, with the additional function of being able to also, specify a ‘Custom Date Range’, and then view sales data for both these ranges.
For example, you can select from a list of reports. To use this feature, select the ‘Products’ to be added to the ‘Analyse/Quick Compare’ and then set a ‘Date Range’.

When you click the drop-down on the report line which will give you a list of reports to select from e.g. the likes of Clerk, Financial, Group, Major Group, Product and Profit and Loss Reports (Screenshot 9.3).

If you are unable to find a report which you are looking for if you check back in the Desktop Version of TCP under the Reporting which has a more in-depth breakdown of reports.
In my example, I’ve selected the ‘Clerk Report’ and chosen a custom date range and clicked refresh will show you the results;

Sale discrepancies can happen for a few reasons depending on set up options as well as network errors. These can be caused by network issues, stored balances which aren’t cashed off and so forth.
In this document, we shall go through the scenario of where this can occur and what self-checks can be done to deal with this effectively and efficiently.
Also within the Report section, you can view ‘Group’ and ‘Major Group Reports’ which are individual reports but you can choose by site and select a ‘custom date range’

In my example, I’ve gone into the Group report and changed the custom date to only look at a single day to check the results.
