Taking a Honeywell scanner out of presentation mode.
If your till scanners light is permanently on (presentation mode) then the following article will assist in removing this.
1. First, you'll need to bring this article up on the till with the affected scanner or you can print this article off and take it to the till.
2. Scan the 1st barcode to "Reset all Defaults" and then scan the barcode on the back of the scanners charging dock. This will start the pairing process and you'll hear a series of clicks followed by a beep to confirm a successful pairing.
3. Once it has paired you will need to scan the remaining barcodes, one by one. Please allow a couple seconds between each barcode to ensure they're registered properly.
4. Once you've run through all the barcodes, you'll need to restart GPoS if it's already running and then you can test the scanner.
